Combining my passion for the great outdoors and design, I knew I wanted to create a concept brand that stayed true to who I am.
My last name literally translates to “Big Woods” or “Large Forest” which I’ve always wanted to incorporate into a company somehow. Green has been my favorite color for years, specifically olive green, and I knew I wanted to incorporate trees in my logo.
I am definitely a minimalist with my designs and in my life in general, so I went with a super simple logo that uses colors to emphasize the depth of the brand. Two trees, to me, implies teamwork; and using slightly different colors and sizes for the trees implies that we are all different but can live together in harmony.
